Assessing enterprise viability

When we’re faced with the situation of having too many options and too-few resources, the best way to plot the path forward is to assess the net present value (NPV) of the cash generated of each social enterprise under consideration by your board.

By determining the NPV of the various options, board members get the truest insight into the impact of each project/path, and can determine enterprise sequencing, allocation of resources, and other big picture issues appropriately.
